Perceptions Exhibition, Louth County Museum, Dundalk 18-27th April, 2008
Bernie is one of about 20 Louth based artists who will be taking part in the Perceptions Exhibition in the Louth County Museum from 18th-27th April, 2008
This event is being funded and organised by the Creative Enterprise office of the Louth County Enterprise Board. Artist, Lynn McGrane is curating and managing the exhibition while Noleen Murray, Manager of the CEO, is administering it. All artists involved are members of the CEO.
Bernie is currently working on two new pieces for this show. One painting explores the terrain of Louth and gives her own slant (literally!) on its features.
The second work explores the fate of the bovine species and looks at how they wreak revenge on humans for the abuse meted out on poor cows! The quiky, if demented hand of artist, Hieronmyous Bosch is referred to by Bernie.
She's looking forward to this event.
